University Health System provides up to 11.25 contact hours for completion of this educational activity.

Credit Hours & Registration Fees:
Application has been made for up to 11.25 CEU's for nurses and technicians, 11 CPE hours for dietitians and 10 hours for social workers. Application has also been made for case manager and transplant nurse hours.
There are no fee increases this year. Registration fees for all sessions, both days range from $75 for technicians and $100 for nurses, social workers and dietitians . Single day registration is also available. Please check our on-line registration form for a complete list of registration fees.
